Where did you change your email address? My understanding is that your software will always be registered to the email address that was used to purchase it and only Magix staff can change it. Try reinstalling with your original email address, even if you no longer have it. Also check you are using the correct serial number for MS17.

Thank you, I have re-installed the software for MS17 and changed the email address because i was getting error code -24. Now iam getting error code -14 and none fx ...ie chroma key effects will not work. Do have contacts for Magix staffers?

i Just bought the Movie Studio Platinum and did the reg and now when i do the install it is not what it shows on the box i also did the reg Key and now i can not get it to work i would like for some one to get back to me

@Derrick-Kehoe this forum is for discussing matters concerning VEGAS Movie Studio versions up to #17. That product line has been discontinued and has not been sold by MAGIX for some time now. If your software is Movie Studio Platinum 2023 (or 2022, or 18) they are a different product line from MAGIX and supported at https://www.magix.info/us/video-forum/movie-studio/
