Hi, I have a question, is there any better way to refine the edges, unfortunately I don't have the option to flip the green screen. Is there any way to improve it ?

What software are you using to do the green screen?
What exactly are you trying to key out here? I don't see any proper "green screen" going on here. It looks like you're trying to composite something over your glasses? If so, green screen probably isn't the way to go about that, I'd use masking and a "screen" compositing mode to overlay a reflection onto your glasses.
My green screen is on my glasses, I forgot to add, and I'm wondering about the edges to see if it can be refined somehow, anyway I'm using sony vegas 18, It's supposed to act as a transition into his soul, and in the right glass it transitions into the next storyline.
Then Just make sure you have the sync to timeline cursor button pressed, and move the timeline cursor around various points on the timeline, and move and adjust the shape of the mask to make sure it still covers your glasses. Vegas will create a new keyframe everywhere you make an adjustment, and will fill in the blanks in between keyframes to make sure the motion animates smoothly. If you notice a spot where the animation falls off of where it's supposed to be, pause the video there, adjust the shape of the mask to fit, and Vegas will make a new keyframe there.
This gives you far better control over the shape of the video being composited onto the glasses, you can use mask feathering to smooth the edges as well.
