Did you try My Account > My Support, ask a question > Submit a question, Product Select a Product, Video, Movie Studio, Movie Studio 13 Platinum? Click the arrows to see the pull-down menus.

You might also try asking here on the forum. Technical Support may/will take some time before getting back to you.

I doubt Sony has stopped helping, but were you aware of their Help prior to purchase? - maybe you just thought you knew where it would be . . . . and some believe Sony is not particularly good at Tutorials - although Tutorials in the software are pretty good - - "Show Me How" has to be a very clever way to learn, but Sony is almost silent on this content.

If you are having a problem with a specific technique then searching YouTube may help - but beware there are some good Tuts there and maybe quite a few that aren't - perhaps it depends on your prior knowledge.

Beware that v13 has two operation modes, and whilst the Legacy is more or less the original layout, the "Easy" version is not.

. . . . . . . . IMHO, vkmast is particularly good at helping. . . . . .
Vegas Pro
Many Vegas Tuts will apply to "Studio" software as well - Basic Editing is almost identical, however there are more "Tweeks" available in Vegas Pro - and for the uninitiated that may be just too much, if your need is to perform quick ( -ish), results.

But Video-Editing is not something that's exactly "Easy" - so be prepared to take steps slowly if you have no prior experience... and I'd suggest you keep to relatively short Movies ~ 1-2 minutes, so you can get to the "Finish" reasonably quickly. See how a small change in the Edit-points can change the whole appearance.

Hope that helps.
