Have Smart Zoom and Smart Upscale been removed?

I have a project that has Smart Zoom in a Track FX line, and that is working fine but I can't see Smart Zoom and Smart Upscale in the FX list if I would want to add them. Have they been removed/deprecated?

+ Instead I see "Upscale" which has only a list of "Model" instead of number settings (list is Smooth, Sharp, Sharp v2), but is I select Sharp or Sharp v2, I get a red text saying in preview window saying "ModelNotFoundMessage" ... I think I installed something named Vegas Models or something like that along with the reste of the softwares, not sure if it's related.

Re Upscale, in VP19 b424, you need to have AI Models 19.1.0.0 installed - the settings and processes have changed a lot. Please refer to:

I don't have the older builds of VP19 installed any more, but perhaps both Smart Zoom and Smart Upscale have been combined to create the Upscale FX in VP19 build 424. After all, doesn't it seem like the new 'Upscale' is just a renamed 'Smart Upscale' and 'Smart Zoom' is now integrated into 'Upscale' because it has an integrated zoom function.

Yes, they were replaced by this new AI-powered upscale tool for VP 19.

@Dexcon is correct. Smart Upscale' and 'Smart Zoom' were replaced by "Upscale" in VP 19. From the VP 19 b 341 Release Notes, What's New: "AI based Upscale and Zoom Plugin: State-of-the-art Upscaling plugin to take SD and HD footage and upconvert it to 4k." Some improvements in b 424.
