Help "Contents and Index" screen opens partially off screen vms 14&15

This is not a big deal, but just annoying enough to ask for help. (I have looked all over the internet but no answer found) In version 14 and the trial version of 15, when I click on help "contents and index" my window always opens in the same place (partially off screen at the bottom of display). I have tried all kinds of "tricks" to get it (windows 7) to remember where the window was after I have moved it to center of display and closed but no luck. Version 12 worked fine out of the box with all opened windows within the program on this same computer set up, so I assume it must be movie studio 14&15 causing this to happen. Anyone know how this might be remedied?

Whilst mine doesn't open partially off screen I always have to move it away from bottom right where I find it inconvenient. So I'm interested in any answers. I'm Win 10.

I'm also, what is inconvenient?
To me it looks like normal behaviour.

The OP and Eric probably just found it more convenient opened elsewhere as in MSP 13 and still in VP 15.

I see it more as a Windows problem, which can be resolved with additional tools. The position of the windows is not saved when they are closed. This is also annoying with other programs. A simple help is to minimize the Help window only instead of closing it. Then it only needs to be positioned when first opened.
