Help understanding Vegas subscription conditions

Hi Folks: Maybe someone can help me with some details of the conditions around the purchase of a 365 subscription.

First, I assume that if a Vegas version upgrade occurs (IE: 19 to 20) during the 12 month prepaid subscription period, that the subscription holder will be automatically upgraded to that version?

Second, I'm a little confused on the second year of the subscription suddenly increasing dramatically in price. The fine print says the second year would cost $156.00 where the first year cost was $94.00. So I would simply cancel my subscription and buy the $90.00 upgrade purchase at that point? Or cancel my subscription and re-subscribe as a new subscription? What am I missing here?

Wow, I just stumbled upon a post that suggests I can only activate a subscription on 1 machine at a time and that I can only deactivate and reactivate machines ONCE A MONTH ??? Is this correct?

Thanks

Joe

Please see my comment today which mentions the two options for deactivating.

Please also see the 365 subscription "Purchasing details" quoted here. MAGIX is responsible for their pricing policy.
