How do I get a refund?

HELP! This software is way beyond my skill level, and time available to learn. I was looking for a fair alternative to Windows Movie Maker and was willing to spend SOME cash. I got to the tutorial phase but it was overwhelming. On another note, the software keeps crashing (windows 10, i7 4790k, gtx 970, 16gb ddr3) and I am facing buyers remorse. The service section of the Vegas website has been beyond useless for contacting some sort of customer service. Now I'm stuck paying an annual subscription for a product I cant use and the price goes up at month 13 (I'm less than 1 month into my term).

@Benjy-Loewen Hi, once or during your refund request, have a look at Magix Movies Studio, it's a bit simpler, very user friendly & intuitive https://www.magix.com/gb/video-editing/movie-studio/purchase/#c1574372

If you can, find the money to buy the program - New Purchase, here in the UK it's £49, you'll have it for life then with no more payments, I used it for many yrs 👍

You can download a Trial of it & this is the Magix Movie Studio forum where people are more than willing to help https://www.magix.info/us/news-forum/
