How do I get my playback window on my second monitor

On my movie studio 13, I was able to go to the 'View' tab and insert a playback window that I could drag to my second monitor, so it was nice and big. I can't figure out how to do this in Movie Studio 17. Any suggestions?

@Dezeree-Billette Left click and hold on the Video Preview window tab, then drag downwards. You can then pull it onto your second monitor and resize it.

You can drag down in the Platinum version.
