Hey, i've been reading the forum a lot, so i could learn how to cancel my subscription, and i eventually did learn it. But, i don't know if it's cancelled. I sent the Email to infoservice@magix.net saying that i wanted to cancel my subscription, and they replied me in german (thank you, google translator) saying that a ticket has been opened. Then minutes later, they sent me an invoice...so i don't know what is going on to be honest. Is there anything i need to do now, or just wait for it to be cancelled automtically?
How do i know my subscription has been cancelled?
