How do I re-install Movie Studio Platinum 13?

I recently got a new computer, but I dont have old computer with the Movie Studio Platinum 13 software. I also don't remember the login to my Magix/Vegas Creative Software account that I had the software on. I do have the serial number to the software but I just cant find the right account! How do I download a new copy of Movie Studio Platinum 13 software with the serial number, but not the right account?

And you might try to log in to your MAGIX Account as you log in to the forum?

Interesting. I just tested with my Sony Movie Studio Platinum 13 serial number and got this:

Note that there seemed to be a bit of server trouble first.

Btw, did you ever read my reply to you yesterday? (Probably because you did not have the serial number then)
