You don't get an email, you just log into your account, click my products, and it should be in there. If it is not, you need to contact VEGAS support.

For those who have Vegas Pro 365 go to magix service centre and click on my contacts and than click on show further information scroll down to installation program and click on it vp 18 will download

You should find it also via "My products" and click on "Show more details" under the VP-365 serialnumber.
