Hey i had some drama about when i bought movie studio platinum i typed in the wrong email i put 1 extra letter in the email i wanted the product to go to, in any case i have a support ticket whatever that is sent to me through an email, What is it and how do i use it?, I was told in the same email that i would be contacted by one of thier employee's and that was 4 hours ago.. i paid 109 bucks and im getting a bit worried now, Can someone please help me out...
