I know it must be very simple but I just couldn't find the answer on youtube. How do they make the pages go like that, I mean top to bottom and left to right smoothly.
How do I make a comic book page or book cover scroll down smoothly like that?

Pan/crop, track motion, etc. But it does take some skill. There isn't a recipe book, so get practicing.
You'll need to use keyframes along with pan/crop or track motion. Here's a fairly good tutorial that should get you started with pan/crop and keyframes.
