How to actually contact Vegas support

So, MAGIX charged my company card twice, and never sent me any serial code information to get the software downloaded. I have submitted a ticket every day this week (Mon, Tues, Wed, and soon to be Thurs) and no one has responded to any of them. I tried calling the number, but it is a UK number and my cellphone won't let me call them. Do I have any other avenue to fix this issue rather than just calling my credit card company and reporting both charges as fraud (especially since one of them actually is)?

@Jeffrey-Massicott please see a thread discussing a similar case here: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/i-got-charged-twice-and-want-a-refund--128386/

No luck there I am afraid. I tried finding the live chat option and the bubble never shows up.

"Please visit www.vegascreativesoftware.com/support between 12:00 and 4:00 Central (currently GMT-5) Monday through Friday and use the chat widget in the lower-right-hand corner to chat directly with a support rep." It may not be available on some U.S.holidays. Try again after about five hours today.

Btw, if you did not receive any confirmation email (check your email spam folder?) with download links, you're advised to "please contact customer support, specifying your order number, under:shop@magix.net"

That's what I've been doing. Every single ticket I placed has followed their guidelines. I finally got someone to respond by threatening to report the charges as fraudulent to the credit card company, but all they did was resend the invoice, still now download links.

@Jeffrey-Massicott I suppose you know from other users' suggestions what to do now if your issue is not solved by MAGIX.

Yea if the above suggestions are my only available actions to take to alleviate the issue, which is seems like they are, then I'll just call the credit card company and report the charges.
