How to change render settings

Using Vegas Movie Studio HD 11.0 - I cannot reduce the rendering settings. I do not want nor need Blue Ray quality. How can I reduce the video output to 1280X720?

Please see if this thread explains your issue. You probably need to upgrade to a newer VMS Platinum version which have the option to customize render templates.
