How to contact support for License Key

Have 3 license keys for the software. We had a user leave the organization and the software was not unregistered so we can not use the license keys as it was already registered.

How can I get this License key activated again so we can use the software VegasPro version 13 again.

Tried that using the support contact form and also calling but support lines are busy. been trying for 3 days and no answer either way.

Sorry, but support is the only way to get your license fixed. This forum is all users and we can't do anything about license issues.
