In order to generate an installation code I need the computer ID, How do I get it in Windows 10? I found the product ID which I assume to be the computer ID but I get an error saying it is not the correct one. Is there any way to contact human support at Sony or it does not exist ?Thanks

@Duby-Nevo Try your "Device Name" found in Windows Settings/System/About under Device Specifications. That's what appears in the activation slots in my Magix account so I assume it's my "computer ID". It also appears in VMS17Plat Help/About as "Machine ID" so I'm fairly certain. No guarantee though. Let us know if it works.
