how to refund sony vegas 18

I see all of these people saying "yes you cna refund it" but I want to know how, my Sony Vegas 18 does not have the plugins I need and I want a REFUND so I would love it if somebody told me step-by-step how to refund it.

Sony Vegas 18 does not exist. If you purchased something from Sony, I suggest you contact them or go to their website for information in regards to a refund.
