how to toggle power user mode in ver. 17

On Movie Studio Platinum 17, I'm stuck in easy mode. How do I switch to Power User Mode? I see NO options for it listed. I've even tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program. Plus, on a new computer, that's twice as fast, it crashes every time and is stupid slow!

You should also have the option to click "Welcome Screen" and then select "Power user mode" from it.
