How to upgrade more than one products on my account?

Really want to know how to upgrade another product like VEGAS 16 pro after i purchased the upgrade for VEGAS 13.The place where to put the product's code is occupied as the picture shows

Not sure I understand your problem. You are purchasing Vegas Pro 17 Edit at the upgrade price. Not Vegas 13 and Vegas 16 is no longer available direct from Vegas.

You only get one upgrade per license. If you upgraded to V16 using your V13 license previously, you cannot use both V13 and V16 to get upgrades. If you purchase V16 without an upgrade from V13, then you should have a separate number.
