Always loved the interface... Now concerned with a very touchy subject... Support. I don’t need handholding but clearly there is some problems going on in Magix. A simple question. I submit a ticket, I get a response from sales at magix.net (not com) is that right? I then try to answer and get undeliverable. Ticket # xxxxxxx authentication required for relay server error 550 authentication. Three attempts and three rejections over two weeks... I have nowhere else to bring it up because I never get a response that Really says anything... I have nowhere else to be heard and I am just wondering if anybody knows what is going on with support? It almost feels like the support requests are being intercepted by a scammer org.
