Where did you buy it? What version did you get? Neither Magix nor Sony sells or supports DVDA anymore.

I buy on Walmart.com

It would help if we knew what the picture said, as we can't read the text in the error.

@Dagoberto-Barrios Use Windows Snipping Tool to grab a screenshot so we can read the error.

I'm not sure if it makes any difference, but the walmart.com site re this DVDA product ( https://www.walmart.com/i ) states:

VEGAS DVD Architect-Steam Edition offers all the tools you need for professional DVD und Blu-ray projects.

Highlighting of 'Steam" is mine. And its an Education version if once again that makes any difference to the OP's issue.

It also states:

Publisher - Sony Interactive Entertainment

?

Dexcon wrote on 4/11/2021, 7:15 AM

... and the manufacturer is given as:

Magix Software Gmbh

And the brand as being Magix.

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) according to the SIE overview in Wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sony_Interactive_Entertainment - relates to Sony games and Playstation consoles, and the article doesn't make any mention as far as I could see of Sony Creative Software or its products.

Steam / SIE / Magix - it wouldn't seem that any of that information is reliable.

Plus education versions often need proof of enrolment in an educational institution or being a professional in that field in order to qualify for education pricing.

Regardless, the OP is best advised - as suggested by @EricLNZ - to provide a better image of the error window - and I suggest to also select the 'details' option so that information about the fault module will display.
