I changed displays and now the timeline only shows 3/4 of a bar

I am using Sony Movie studio 13.My monitor died and I changed my display to a tv. I can only view part of one timeline bar at a time. I can't look at the video, audio and text timeline bars all at the same time. I have tried different files and still have the same issue. I know it has to be a simple issue but I can't find the setting to fix this.

The "bars" are called "tracks". Just use your mouse to drag up the divider above the timeline.

IF that's not possible in the basic version of MS 13, try resetting.

I didn't have any luck with that. I am not sure I explained it well. This is what I have.

and this is what I am trying to get to.

Your lower screenshot seems to be from the Platinum version. You don't get that in the basic MS 13. A manual screenshot of the SONY version of MS 13 window below.

I didn't have any luck with that.

Any luck with dragging the divider/splitter or resetting? If you tried to reset, did you manage to place the checkmark?

Unfortunately for MovieStudio 13, the display is not very configurable. I do notice that it appears you are using Windows 7. The way the windows are currently being displayed, I believe either the monitor is either under the the requirements needed for VMS 13 or that the scaling for this display is at a level that is causing problems with the application. If the resolution and scaling are normal, than we likely will need to do a hack in the registry to resolve this.

No luck. I can drag content between tracks, but I can't get the track list to display more than one track at a time. I uninstalled and re installed the software with the same issue. It doesn't let me drag or change size of options of program. I can shorten the track horizontally but I am trying to expand the whole timeline section.
