The General Terms and Conditions document (read it here) mentions emailing shop@magix.net (re perpetual licenses). I guess it may actually be the same as trying sales@magix.net

@jung-jinhyung did you read the comments above and the linked document? Send an email to shop@magix.net stating your wish to cancel your license. As RogerS says, "maybe you can get a refund".
