I got an email from magix about payment

It says You received an email informing you about this matter.
During debiting, the amount due (£ 149.00) for extending the contract for 12 months could not be correctly withdrawn from your credit card/account. The debit was declined. This can be due to different reasons (credit card expired, changed banking details, insufficient funds in your account...) I've checked my banking and it's all there so idk y is saying to update my details how do I fix this please it says

Your serial number(s) was/were therefore temporarily locked To update your payment details, log in to the MAGIX Service Center at www.magix.com and go the "Payment details" section. You will be requested to update your payment data. Once debiting has been made successfully, your access will be reactivated.

I'll have to just change my payment details if I do so In my contact details will it automatically allow me to have access for Vegas Pro

@Sheriff-adeyemi, vkmast gave you the link to log into your account - in English. The advice in that e-mail is still good. You need to log into your account and change your payment information.

Karten Nr.=Card Number, Vorname=First Name, Monat=Month, Nachname=Surname/Last Name/Family Name, zahlen=pay (and so on). Google what CVV means.

Thanks for the translation I change my details so hopefully I'll be able to use vp again
