During debiting, the amount due (£ 149.00) for extending the contract for 12 months could not be correctly withdrawn from your credit card/account. The debit was declined. This can be due to different reasons (credit card expired, changed banking details, insufficient funds in your account...) I've checked my banking and it's all there so idk y is saying to update my details how do I fix this please it says
