I have no access code to register the program

I am presuming there was an error in the Free trial download to the Vegas Pro Trial software, the program went into download mode, but it never started or left me a startup icon. When I went into programs I see it there and then it goes into register for the trial using the code in my email? I never received this email... now what? I am using an android laptop (Acer) Nitro 5. GEFORCE GTX and a CoreI5 9th gen

Could this be the problem? Vegas is a Windows programme. Please clarify which OS your laptop is using.
