I started a subscription to VEGAS Pro 365 but then wanted to end it, I read that I had to email Magix and just send my customer number and it'd be cancelled. I did that and got a reply from a bot giving me a support ticket but I have no idea what this does. They also said that customer service will be with me soon but its been almost 3 days so I don't know when that will happen. Is there something I'm doing wrong or should I just be waiting for customer service.
I have no idea how I'm supposed to end my VEGAS Pro 365 subscription
