I NEED HELP ACTIVATING MY SERIAL NUMBER

I reinstalled Vegas Pro 15, a while ago and when I click on my project it always has me put in my Serial Number and Email to Activate my Serial Number, but when I press ok or Register. The download link email for Sony Vegas Pro 15 doesn't pop up. I've tried it a thousand times and nothing works. I need help. thx
