I purchased vegas movie editor through Sweetwater. They sent me a coupon code, which I registerd through Magix, and was supposed to get a serial number, in order to download the software. I still haven't received the serial number...... 3 days later

Try https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/interview/ . Click Order / etc. and keep clicking. You should eventually be able to send a Support request.
