Ignite Pro 4.1 is apparently the only version that will appear in VP17. I had Ignite Pro 3 and it definitely didn't load into VP17 but, yesterday, I upgraded to 4.1 and it definitely loads into VP17 (and 14,15 +16 also).

I notice that there is only entry for Ignite Pro in Windows Apps and Features (i.e. not an entry for v3 and another for v4.1). It might be worth checking to see if Ignite Pro 2 and 4.1 have different A&P entries on your computer. If so, try deleting both and then re-installing 4.1. Maybe (just maybe) 2 might be blocking 4.1 somehow.

Ignite Pro 4.1.9221.34279 (updated from Ignite Pro 3 which came with the VP 16 Suite) shows in all my Magix Vegas Pro and Movie Studio Platinum versions now. My experience is similar to what @Dexcon says.
