Impossible to install error -2147163964

I systematically have this error during installation.

Movie Studio 16.0 Platinum (Build 175)

I tried with the version 13 too, and I have the same problem.

See if this advice helps. Otherwise do a Search ("Find...) "error -2147163964" on this forum.
