Improve the usability of video effects.

Is it possible to set some favorite FX settings? So every time you want to apply contrast + color correction + grain, for example, you do not have to navigate to find them, but they appear first on the list.

And one last question, I find it very annoying the window that appears to configure each effect, floating without being able to fit it and fix it in other boxes, I think the integration of those windows in the interface is very uncomfortable.

"Is it possible to set some favorite FX settings?"

I would use FX chains for this. Like you said if it is Contrast, Color Corrector and Grain which you often use together with a certain setting, set them up once, open the Plug-in-Chooser and save as "Plug-in Package". Then when you need that again, open the Plug-in-Chooser and select that package which would then apply with the correct settings.

To your second question: if you use Movie Studio Platinum you're not bound to use floating FX windows. Just drag them into the docking area while holding the Ctrl-key pressed. This will make your FX window a docked window.

+2. And if you "allow floating windows to dock" (Options/Preferences/Display), you don't even need to hold the Ctrl key.

And you can do this with all windows, also with Title&text, Trackmotion, Pancrop etc. Except with the Plug-in Chooser. I also don't like the floating windows, they always pop-up somewhere and hide parts of the workspace.
