I am running Windows 10. (32 bit).
I have just purchased Movie Studio Platinum. Ver. 13. I am unable to install the Program.
I get a message on a Pop-up screen stating:
"This App can't run on your P.C.. To find a version for your P.C. check with the software producer"
I have Auto Play turned on and have had no prior problems in installing a Program.
Anyone got any ideas? Thanks ahead!
Are you suggesting that I have to change the whole computer over to 64 Bit.? I would not have a clue as how to do that! Regardless, it states quite clearly on the Box under System Requirement that the Program is made for either 32 or 64 Bit.
As Cornico says, there are no 32-bit versions from MAGIX, new or rebranded. Sony/SCS had their MS Platinum 13 as 32-bit and 64-bit (last builds 954/955). You might still find it from independent online sellers.Try to return your purchase and get a refund, if you are not able to upgrade to 64-bit Windows OS.
Edit: if it is a Sony/SCS box, do check if there's the 32-bit option on the disc.
