Is it possible to do speed ramping in Movie Studio 14 Platinum?

Hello!

The title pretty much sums it up. I want a clip to start out at a certain speed, and slowly ramp up to a faster speed. Or vice versa. I've done a quick search and found that most people are saying to add the velocity envelope, but I'm not seeing that. Is it a pro feature? If so is there any "hack" for doing something similar with platinum?

Yes, you'd need to use Vegas Pro.

You might consider upgrading now. The previous version of Vegas Pro there, but rather inexpensive.

Yes its Pro, but did you try to split the event ( clip you called it) into a lot of pieces with S and speed up or lower the velocity by Ctrl-Drag for 2-4-8-....etc %?
