License/Registration Issues for my copy of Vegas Pro (help)

I am unable to raise Magix/Vegas support responses despite multiple attempts, so I am posting a request in this forum.

I have changed my email address since purchasing and registering Vegas Pro 19 and Sound Forge 15. My computer failed and I purchased a new one, but I can no longer access past emails from the address I had before, because I no longer use that Internet service provider's email.

My account shows VEGAS Pro 19 Trial with a registration date of 11/16/2021, but does not allow me to re-download the software NOR does it display my license number. How can I re-obtain the software I paid for, and the registration license I need?

Can anyone connect me with the right people to address this? I have not been able to get a reply from the company.

The VEGAS Support advice is here. Online Live Chat should also be available at the moment, but unfortunately it does not seem to be, at least for my area. Hopefully VEGAS/MAGIX have not discontinued that service in 2023. I've seen no announcement about that though. You may need to keep checking to find out.

Try infoservice@magix.net if nothing else shows up.

Have you logged into your Magix account to see if the product is registered and how many activations it has?
