Hello, 
Can I upgrade from VEGAS Movie Studio 15 Platinum to VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum having access to the benefits available now (€ 39,99  - Regularly € 79,99 and the free software solutions)?
Otherwise, which are the conditions to make an update to VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum?

If your serial number has not been previously used to upgrade to a later version, it should qualify for the special upgrade pricing.

Note that in VEGAS speak "updates" are new builds of a version and free.
