Locked out of Magix support

I've tried several times now using different browsers to log into Magic Support to ask for help with my problem not being able to download stock media but now I have a new problem. After entering my details I see a big red bar above the entry fields with the words: Magix LoginRegister.Errors.USER_LOCKED

What can I do? The software I bought and paid for doesn't work properly and it appears I'm frozen out of official Magix support.

Have you tried lately? Look at the top of the Forum, you will see a Support link.

Click Video>Vegas Pro and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Support.

Yes, tried a couple of hours ago - same error message. I've sent an email to infoservice@magix.net. That was over five days ago. No reply.

Yes, I've had constant problems with all versions of Vegas 22. However, I don't think the problems are necessarily with Vegas 22. The hub now doesn't work with Vegas 19 or Vegas 21 which I also have installed and used to work. The download issue has been going on for months. Being locked out of support is new. Thanks for contacting forum Admin.
