lost everything

Last night my laptop had a breakdown of some sort the only way to solve it was to do a total reinstall which means getting my product key where do I get 17 platnimun and my key? my products list doesnt show any of it

Presumably you have Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum?

Did you originally register it with a different email address to that which you are using to look at your Magix Account/My Products?

No It wasn't registered with any one else I purchased it through the store and have the paypal receipt for it the only one that shows up is the trial version
