Low Memory Error

I am using version 10.0.
I'm working on a five-minute project that when I try to render, I always get this message: "The system is low on memory. You may be able to reduce memory usage by closing other applications."

I've tried the project on two different computers and still get the same error. This surprises me because I recently completed a 20-minute project with no problems whatsoever.

Any suggestions?

I downloaded the version 13 trial and everything worked fine. I'm not ready to buy the new version yet so I'm still looking for a fix for my version 10 software.
Thanks!

MSP (and MSPS) 12, which you can have as both 32-bit and 64-bit, is available very inexpensively at the moment if you look around, though.

Version 10 couldn't cope well with high resolution still images. Delete them from your timeline. Then, in your photo software, resize the images you want to use to a resolution of 2048 pixels wide (or less). Put these low rez images on your timeline. Now you shouldn't have memory issues.

+1 on the pics.

If no pics, then vkmast's link will help.

There's also the SCS KB article link ("Vegas freezes...") in my post pertaining to Ivan's post above.

I installed the patch and all is good now. Thanks for the suggestion. Plus, you're right, there are some great deals on Version 12.
