The MSPS 12 bundled MB QL works also in MSP 13.
You might still find the Suite 12 version heavily discounted, if you shop around.
Both 12 and 13 can be installed on the same machine.

I find MSPS 12 for $99.95. I don't know how much it was originally.

Also, to be clear, if I purchase and install this I can use Quicklooks from version 13? Or will I have to use it from 12?

MB QL works for me in 12 and 13.
I have installed MSPS 12 first though.
You need to decide its worth personally.
If you decide to buy, check that it's the 2-disc package, not the 1-disc OEM version.
