MAGIX changing the product name Movie Edit Pro to Movie Studio

MAGIX Software GmbH has decided to rebrand its most popular video editing product line. For you, only the product name will change from Movie Edit Pro to Movie Studio. We are only aligning the product names here. For you as a user, this means no further changes.

One thing I get from that mail if "Movie Edit Pro" was indeed their "most" popular video editing product line they would keep it's name and change everything else to MEP.

Just imagine... Hey you know our most popular Coca cola crap soda... we rebranded it to Pepsi ( keeping it the same crap soda)

Thanks @vkmast, the email hasn't reached me yet and I've checked my Spam folder. Hopefully this means that Magix, after seven months, will remove Movie Studio from the Vegas product page and place it on the Magix product page. But I suspect the confusion will be around for a while yet.

The (MAGIX) Movie Studio products have now been removed from the vegascreativesoftware.com product pages. I checked us, de, gb, and int urls. Now available from magix.com sites (+ the free NewBlue TotalFX offer extended until March 15 or 16 depending on the payment plan).
