magix installation manager an error occurred during comunication

hi,

(I'm not sure if this is the right place to be putting this) i just bought the humble bundle of sony vegas stuff but every installation manager I launched came up with this error, I have an internet cable but I'm not sure if its modern or not I've also got windows 7, I'm not very good at any of this so please be patient if I don't know what you need to know. I cant find this anywhere else online, any help would be appreciated. sorry if I'm being stupid

Try and install from this first:

http://dl03.magix.net/vegaspro14.exe

If that fails then try this:

http://dl05.magix.net/2016/VEGASPro14/update/VEGAS_Pro_14.0.0.270_update_Retail_x64.exe

Presumably you have an email from Humble Bundle with your serial numbers?

Thank you, the second link worked great! I do have an email with all the serial codes and I used it to make sony vegas 14 work! is there a site with all of the installers for magix products? as all the installers linked by humble bundle have the same problem! thanks again!

Many of the HumbleBundle items may not be there? And I recall the download was "a challenge" for a while during the previous HBVP offer.

Just to check, you do see these installers in your "Get your bundle" document and they do not work?

yes, I download them but when I run them the error I screenshotted appears.

I urgently need help with this please. I am having the exact same issue, with the whole humble bundle magix software bundle. I have them all, I downloaded all the 'exe's, and when I try to run them I get this message, even when running them as admin and turning off firewall and virus protection. This is very disappointing.
