Media Window

I have Movie Studio 15 and I do not know how to have my Explorer Window open in it so I can just Dabble Click on a File to Add it to my TimeLine. I use to have my Explorer Window always open on screen at the Bottom of the screen on Movie Studio 8. but it is just not here. I have an Empty Window and I can Click a Drop Down list and pick Search Hard Drive For Files. So I pick this but nothing happens. I want my Explorer Window to stay open so I can see and go through my Drives and Folders.

@Robert-Costo Don't you have this tab for the Explorer window?

If not, select View/Window and put a tick in the Explorer checkbox, OR
you could select View/Window Layouts/Default Layout and see if that gets you what you want.

If you use the basic version of Movie Studio, there is no such thing as an Explorer Windows. It's in the Platinum version only.

There is no Explorer window in the basic Movie Studio 15 as there is in the Platinum version.

Note that "if you're using the Windows Explorer to browse your computer for media, you can add a media file quickly by dragging it to the Movie Studio window. The media file is added to the Project Media window, and an event is created where you drop the file. If you drop the file on an area of the timeline that does not contain a track, a new track will be created."

Or "You can use the Project Media window to collect and arrange all the media you will use in your project before creating events on the timeline. From the Project menu, choose Add Media (or click the Add Media button in the Project Media window) to add a media file to your project without adding it to the timeline. When you're ready to start adding events, you can drag media files from the Project Media window to the timeline."
