Hello ! I am new here . I am regular user of FCPX. There have many preset video template/transitions that we put our video and it give me a cool output, so is in vegas pro 365 there have Preset Template. I searched but not find. Help me out. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you have a lot of preset already in Vegas, and you can make your own. All the render preset are stored here:
%appdata%\VEGAS\Render Templates
Or here
%appdata%\Sony\Render Templates\
@Sirio - Yeah, those are Render Templates, the clue here, from @mohit-mishra , is that word Cool and Video. What we have with Vegas is an ability to roll ones own. With APPLE you get FX and all sorts. Vegas has always allowed us to make our own. But I’d posit that’s not what @mohit-mishra is requesting. See my dilemma?
The Op is probably looking for something like the AutoLooks plugin which was added recently to the more consumer-oriented Vegas Movie Studio 15 product line. E.g. Vegasaur has some Film Looks SVP free.
Ohhh, I am sorry, I misunderstood. I understand, what means @mohit-mishra is a ready to use nice fx, like colour grading, films style etc.... In Vegas there is no this kind of settings, you have to do them by yourself, but there is free alternative:
Vegas get the LUT Filter, you can use it downloading on internet free LUTs that gives immediately a nice style to your film. Here some fre files:

Now that we’ve said ALL the above - and yes I have a plethora of 3rd Plugs - there is much to do with VEGAS itself. About 2.3 Billion year’s ago there was a gentleman that had shared, yes SHARED, a monster list of all sorts of Video FXs, including CSI type effects think sunglasses being removed. What these CHAINS provided for was a peek into what COULD be! Stunning.
Vegas is very capable of coming up with many many goodies. They still work now and in some way provide the noob with a sense of astonishment.
