I7-10700; GTX 1660; Asus Prime H570; 16GB DDR4; Windows 10 Pro x64
Before I changed my I5-3570k on new I7-10700 (and naturally reinstall Windows) it worked fine. After replacement steam can`t download some files.
C:\ProgramData\VEGAS\VEGAS_Movie_Studio_14_Platinum - empty
C:\Program Files\VEGAS\Software Name\ - doesn't exist
When trying to reinstall/clear registry or anything that support offers happen these errors:
Error -59: No License
Error -2
Error: Missing Files
Or "performing first time setup" and stuck at
" 2/3 step
Download: " (empty second step)
And really a lot of files do not exist.
