Movie Studio 11 Constant Crashing

Ive been using movie studio HD 11 for a while with no real problems. One night i was working on a video with no problems, shut down my computer for the night. The next morning i opened up my video and a few minutes later it crashed. It started out crashing every few minutes but now Vegas crashes before it can even finish loading my video. Vegas pops up with a window saying UNMANAGED EXCEPTION (0cccccfffe). The computer does not stay connected to the internet so nothing could of updated. Ive tried some of the stuff i have found on the internet to fix it but nothing worked. I clearing the cache, change settings, uninstalling and reinstalling Vegas, updating all drivers and nothing worked. This was all done on a pretty new clean install of Windows 7 hp 64bit, and the computer is only used for video and picture editing.

My video settings are: 1920x1080, M2TS @ 23.9 FPS

Custom built computer
i7 2600 @ 3.40 Ghz w/ aftermarket cooler
MSI P67 motherboard
EVGA 660 FTW GPU
16gig 1333 memory
240gig SSD OS
120gig SSD Scratch Disk
2x WD 1Tb 7200rpm in Raid 0
Vegas build is 322

Does this mean you also tried to reset the software? Just reinstalling won't necessarily fix it.

Troubleshooting crashing but you seem to have tried most of those.

Would a trial of one of the two later versions of MSPlatinum be an option for you to see how it behaves?

Well i just finished going down the list on the link and also the "hang while editing or rendering' and nothing worked. I also tried a trial copy of 13 which also crashes at the same point.

Can you try another graphics card or older drivers?
E.g. This thread reminds that your card (one of the 600 series Kepler?) might not be a good option for Movie Studio.

Well the funny thing is, I had a GTX550ti in that computer a few months ago but then I got the GTX660 to replace it. I was editing a video on the 660 with no problems till that one day. The only other gpus that i have are a GTX 970, and an old GT520

I checked my backup drive and found a copy of the windows i made when i did the new install of 7 for that machine. I coped it over to an extra drive and booted it up. Coped over my Vegas video file and opened it up and then crashed. Also found an earlier project and i just played it and it did fine.

Could it possible be a problem with just that video and not a driver or a Vegas problem.

From an old thread:
"It doesn't matter if they are on the timeline or not, if you have a bad media file in your "project media" window, then Vegas expects it to be usable."

I did start another project using the same clips, got a little ways in when it stated crashing again. So if i can get Vegas to stay up long enough ill see what my last few clips are and see if i can replace them.

Well the other night i deleted the last few clips in the video from the import folder. Restarted Vegas and it stayed up for about 3 minutes before crashing again. Made all new clips and deleted the old. Started up Vegas, got a popup window letting me know that my files were missing, I redirected Vegas to the new folder with the new videos(same names), this time I put them on the C drive, Vegas imported just fine. Let Vegas sit for about five minutes and nothing happened till i started to move around the time line. My next thing im going to try is installing Vegas on another computer and moves all the stuff over to it and see if that makes a difference.
