Movie studio 13 crashing on start up

Since support seems to be know help i will try asking here

Now the strange part of it crashing is that first it loads up like it normally would. The it crashes to the lower left corner of the screen like the image shows.

It worked fine for the first few weeks i had it. Now im basically back to using windows live movie maker and i would rather not use that ... If anyone knows whats going on here it would be appreciated

I get this message "You do not have permission to access this document." when trying to view your link.

Try resetting.
If that does not work, read 2. Sticky to find out how to link to an image.

Strange about the link it works fine for me. I will try resetting the software and see if that helps. Some suggested installing quick time naturally that did nothing. Thanks for your assistance :)

Edit : that worked thanks alot ^__^ I did not even know you could do that so i will be writing that down :)
