Movie Studio 13 Platinum Crashes Constantly.

This mostly happens when importing media longer than 2 minutes. I have tried turning off GPU, didn't work. I'm running Windows 64 bit with 16 GB of ram. Any ideas on this?

Please post MediaInfo for the media as per #6 in this thread.
What build of Movie Studio (Help > About)?
What edition and verion of Windows (in Win 10 you would find this by searching "About your PC")?
Any error message when it crashes?

He says he's on MSP 13 build 957 64-bit. "957" may be a typing error.

It's not a typo. I'm using Windows 10 Pro and there's no error message. Also I'm using the Steam version.
