Movie Studio 14.0 Platinum Isn't Showing the Full Render Screen - a serious error.

The only solutions I'm seeing involve lowering Windows 10 default resolution or just pressing enter and zippidy doo.

No way !! This product was a miss sell. It claimed to be Win 10 compliant. Is there a newer update and if not can I get a refund?
