Movie Studio 16 Suite has NewBlue FX, Does Vegas Pro 17 Edit?

I am looking to upgrade from Vegas pro 13, and I am between Movie Studio 16 Suite and Vegas Pro 17 Edit. I make short videos singing and playing guitar, and speaking with followers on social media and YouTube. I would also like to start making music videos with original music. The NewBlue FX that come with the cheaper Movie Studio 16 Suite seem like a great add-on. It looks like I would have to spend an additional $400 to add them to Vegas pro 17 Edit. Is that correct? Or does Vegas Pro 17 edit come with the same starter collection of NewBlue FX?

VEGAS Pro 17 versions do not come with the NewBlue FX that are included in Movie Studio 16 Suite, but those FX (Supreme Package) and NB Titler Pro 7 Express do show up in my installation of VEGAS Pro 17.

You might consider getting MS 16 S now and later use your VPro 13 serial number to upgrade (at a reduced price) to a newer VEGAS Pro if you really think you need it.

(Note that you can have several versions (e.g. VP 13, 17, and VMS 16 S) installed simultaneously.

Thank you!! I think I will take your advice and start with MS 16 Suite. It looks like it has everything I need at this time.
